Delete your account or data
Track Fleet Pro 1 (developer: Track Fleet Pro 1 LLC). You can delete your account in the app, or ask us here — you don't need to install the app.
In the app
- Company owners: Company profile → Delete account.
- Drivers: driver app → Account & privacy → Delete account.
- You tell us why, we review it and delete within 10 business days at the latest (automatically if not approved by then). You can cancel while it's pending.

What is deleted and what is kept
- Company account: the company and all its data (users, drivers, vehicles, trips, documents, GPS history, selfies, chat).
- Driver: your login, selfies, documents, shifts and GPS history (your carrier may have to keep some records under transport law).
- Kept: the administrative audit log (5 years) and reviews you wrote, without your name. We keep no automatic backups on our current plan, so deleted data cannot be restored.
