Rules for Reviews
What a good Review looks like. Describe your own experience with the company: what happened, when (month and year), and how it was resolved. Stick to facts you know first-hand and say clearly what is your opinion ("In my opinion…", "My experience was…").
What we do not publish. We decline or remove Reviews that: contain false statements of fact or that we reasonably believe are fake; are defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit; are discriminatory; include anyone's personal information (names of individuals, phone numbers, emails, addresses, plates, license numbers, photos); include trade secrets or confidential information; are unrelated to the company's services; are ads, spam, or contain links; are written by the company's owners, employees, or their relatives, or by competitors without a genuine experience; were paid for or rewarded; or are duplicates. These criteria apply equally to positive and negative Reviews. We do not edit Reviews; if one breaks a rule, we decline it and you may submit a new one.
How ratings are calculated. The Community rating is the average of the stars (1–5) in approved Reviews, converted to 0–100, and it appears only when there are at least 5 approved Reviews. It is not checked or endorsed by Track Fleet Pro 1 or any government agency.
How to report a Review
Anyone can report a Review, including the company reviewed (with or without a Track Fleet Pro 1 account) and any person mentioned in it.
- Click "Report" next to the Review, or email reviews@trackfleetpro1.com with the company's USDOT/MC number, the date of the Review, and a copy of its text.
- Tell us: your name and email; your relationship to the company or the Review; which rule you believe the Review breaks; why; and any evidence (for example, records showing no business relationship). Do not send more personal information than needed.
- Confirm that your report is made in good faith and that the information is accurate.
What happens next (our target timelines)
| Step | Timeline |
|---|---|
| We acknowledge your report | Immediately in the app; within 2 business days by email |
| If the report credibly shows personal information, threats, harassment, discrimination, or content about a named individual, we temporarily hide the Review while we review it | Within 1 business day |
| We may ask the reviewer to respond or provide information (we do not tell them who reported) | The reviewer has 5 business days |
| We decide to keep, or remove, the Review and tell the reporter (and the reviewer, if removed) which rule applied | Within 10 business days of the report |
| Either side may appeal by replying with the subject "Appeal" and any new information | Within 14 days of our decision |
| We decide the appeal; this decision is final on our platform | Within 10 business days of the appeal |
We will not remove a Review only because a company disagrees with it or says it is false without any supporting information. A company's response does not have to be accepted to be considered. If we need more time in a complex case, we will tell both sides. These are target timelines, not guarantees.
Court orders, subpoenas, and legal claims
- Court orders about a Review. Send a copy to reviews@trackfleetpro1.com. We verify every order with the court (for example, through the clerk or the public docket) within 2 business days. If a court of competent jurisdiction has issued a final judgment or order finding the Review defamatory or otherwise unlawful, we will remove it within 2 business days after verification, even if the order is directed only at the reviewer.
- Subpoenas or requests for a reviewer's identity. We disclose a reviewer's name or contact details only when legally required. Unless the law or the order prohibits it, we notify the reviewer and wait at least 14 days before responding, so the reviewer can object.
- Law enforcement and emergencies. We respond to valid legal process and may act faster when someone's safety is at risk.
- Preservation. When we receive a legal claim, a lawyer's letter, or legal process about a Review, we preserve the Review and related records until the matter is closed, even if our normal deletion periods have passed.
- Copyright complaints go to the same address.
Our process is not a substitute for legal advice and does not create any obligation to remove or keep a specific Review.
